Julie Himsel - Office Manager I help Dr. Carroll with administration, as well as with direct patient care. I've been employed with Dr. Carroll since she first opened her practice back in August, 1999. When not at the office, I enjoy spending quality time with my loving husband Jeremy and my beautiful daughter, Paige. |

Paula Handrup, RN - Director of Nursing I have 12 years experience in the Mohs specialty with a special interest; the melanoma patient. You might encounter me first during your initial consultation or assisting Dr. Carroll the day of surgery or post-operatively with suture removal or wound care and bandaging. I began employment with Dr. Carroll in August, 2000 after moving to AZ from Dallas, TX. My interests include the Senior Olympics, softball, hiking in AZ and CO, fly fishing, biking, tennis and golf. |

Kathy Gross - Staff Nurse As an RN, I assist with the procedure as well as the post-operative follow-up and suture removal. I have been working for Dr. Carroll for 3 months as of January, 2002. My outside interests include hiking, camping, and cooking. I love animals (my three dogs and one cat). |
